About ContentFlow365
ContentFlow365
AI-powered video production and social publishing platform for creators.
What is ContentFlow365?
ContentFlow365 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps creators, marketers, and agencies produce and publish content at scale. With ContentFlow365, a user can turn a single idea into 30+ pieces of polished content — long-form YouTube videos, short-form reels, blog posts, ad creatives, custom thumbnails and pinned comments — all generated, edited, and distributed automatically with artificial intelligence.
ContentFlow365 runs the entire content workflow inside one dashboard: scripting, voice-over, visual generation, video editing, thumbnail design, publishing scheduling, cross-platform distribution and advertising management. Authorised users can connect their own Google Ads Customer, inspect real performance, and create or update campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets and first-party audiences. Every write is previewed and validated before the user explicitly confirms it; newly created advertising resources are paused by default.
ContentFlow365 is a product of FX FOR A LIVING, S.L.N.E., a Spanish company. The platform is available at contentflow365.com.
How ContentFlow365 uses your Google data
ContentFlow365 requests Google access only for features the user explicitly activates: publishing content to the user's own YouTube channel, managing the user's selected Google Ads Customer, creating consented first-party audience uploads, and displaying read-only Google Analytics context. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it to third parties. All processing is performed on ContentFlow365's controlled infrastructure.
YouTube publishing scopes
The YouTube Data API v3 scopes ContentFlow365 requests, and exactly what each one is used for, are:
youtube.upload— Upload finished videos from ContentFlow365 to the user's YouTube channel viavideos.insert. Videos are uploaded as unlisted by default so the creator can review them inside YouTube Studio before making them public.youtube— Set a custom thumbnail on each uploaded video viathumbnails.set. ContentFlow365 includes an AI-powered thumbnail generator, so users expect the thumbnail they designed inside our app to appear on YouTube. This scope is also used to read the channel title during the OAuth callback.youtube.readonly— List the YouTube channels owned by the authorizing user so they can choose which channel to connect to ContentFlow365, and display channel statistics (subscribers, total views, videos published) in the built-in analytics dashboard.youtube.force-ssl— Post a single promotional comment on each newly published video viacommentThreads.insert. The comment is configured by the creator inside ContentFlow365 (typically a call-to-action or related links). We never delete, rate, or modify existing content — only post the single comment the user configured.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email— Identify which Google account is connected to the user's ContentFlow365 workspace, so users with multiple YouTube channels across multiple Google accounts can keep their connections organized.
Google Ads, Data Manager and Analytics scopes
A business that enables the Google Ads workspace authorises a separate, account-scoped connection. ContentFlow365 requests these scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords— Read the selected Google Ads Customer's campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, targeting, comments and performance metrics; and execute only the campaign-management actions the authorised user previews and confirms in ContentFlow365. New campaigns, ad groups and ads are created paused by default so they cannot spend before the advertiser reviews them.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager— Create and monitor first-party Customer Match uploads selected by the advertiser. ContentFlow365 normalises and hashes identifiers in the browser, requires the advertiser to confirm a valid consent basis, and never stores raw identifiers in the Google Ads upload record.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly— Display read-only Google Analytics 4 account, property and audience context so the advertiser can select the correct measurement source. ContentFlow365 cannot edit Analytics data with this scope.openidandhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email— Identify the Google user who granted access and show that email inside the authorised ContentFlow365 workspace. This prevents a user managing several businesses from confusing one Google connection with another.
ContentFlow365 encrypts OAuth refresh tokens before storing them and binds each token, Google Ads Customer and YouTube channel to the authorised ContentFlow365 account. Users can revoke access at any time from their Google account security settings or from the visible Disconnect action inside the corresponding ContentFlow365 connection panel.
Data handling and security
ContentFlow365 complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data for the features described above and never for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose outside the features the user explicitly requested.
