Social-integration data deletion
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This page explains how to disconnect LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads or Bluesky from ContentFlow365 and request deletion of data associated with those connections.
Data controller
ContentFlow365 is a product of FX FOR A LIVING SLNE (B76044221). For privacy or data-deletion matters, use the public contact channel published by ContentFlow365.
1. Disconnect the integration
From ContentFlow365: if the connection appears in your workspace, open Social Hub → Accounts, find the relevant network and click “Disconnect”. ContentFlow365 will delete or invalidate the local credentials for that connection and stop making new calls on your behalf.
Meta and Instagram: open Facebook Business Integrations settings, select ContentFlow365 and remove its access. Meta will revoke the granted permissions.
LinkedIn: you can also remove ContentFlow365 from the permitted-services section of your LinkedIn account. For a company Page, an administrator may also ask ContentFlow365 to securely delete the Community data associated with the relevant Account.
Pinterest: you can also remove ContentFlow365 from the security or connected-apps section of your Pinterest account, if the connection is listed there.
Threads: you can also remove ContentFlow365 from the authorised-app management for the Meta or Instagram account used for Threads, when that control is available.
Bluesky: you can also withdraw ContentFlow365 authorisation from the authorised-application or session management provided by your Bluesky/PDS service, if your provider exposes that control.
2. Request deletion
Send a request through ContentFlow365's public contact channel using the subject “Social-integration data deletion”. Include:
- your ContentFlow365 account reference, as shown in your workspace;
- the affected network and the minimum identifier needed to locate the connection, such as the LinkedIn Page, Meta/Instagram Page or professional account, Pinterest advertising account, Threads username, or Bluesky handle; we do not need Pinterest board names;
- whether you want to delete one social integration, several integrations or your entire account.
Do not include passwords, tokens, verification codes or identity documents in the request.
3. Data we will delete
After validating the request, we will delete or unlink, as applicable:
- OAuth tokens, permissions and, for Bluesky, the encrypted OAuth session stored for the connection;
- minimum connection identifiers included in the validated scope, such as the authorising LinkedIn member and Pages, Meta/Instagram assets, the Pinterest advertising-account identifier, the Threads identifier and username, or the Bluesky DID, handle and PDS. ContentFlow365 does not retain Pinterest profile or board names or Pinterest Ads responses as persistent connection metadata;
- drafts, text, titles, descriptions, links and media references stored in ContentFlow365 that are included in the request;
- internal publication states and technical receipts or identifiers retained only where needed and permitted;
- automation rules, keywords, replies and links configured for that connection;
- webhook events, comments, delivery identifiers and associated operational logs, except for information that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
4. Content already published on the network
Disconnecting a network or deleting its data from ContentFlow365 does not automatically remove posts, Pins, campaigns, ads or files that already exist on LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads or Bluesky. To remove that content or advertising asset as well, delete it from the relevant account on the network itself. Likewise, revoking ContentFlow365 from a network stops future access but does not replace a request to delete data that remains in ContentFlow365.
5. Processing and confirmation
We will acknowledge the request and, after verifying identity and scope, process deletion in accordance with applicable requirements. If we must retain specific information for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, we will limit its use to that purpose. We will send confirmation to the verified address when processing is complete.
People who comment or reply on Instagram
If you commented on media managed by a ContentFlow365 customer and received an automated reply, you may also request deletion of the associated operational data. Include the Instagram username, business or media, and approximate comment date so we can locate it without asking for credentials.
